Instructions on How to Obtain a Passport After Mobile Consular Services

Steps / Кроки

1. After March 20: Email consul_ca@mfa.gov.ua with subject line: ІДЕНТИФІКТОР СЕСІЇ НЬЮ-БРАНСВІК. Include full names and birth dates of all applicants.
2. Receive your session identifier. If no response within 3 days — resend the email.
3. Track your passport status independently via the Embassy of Ukraine in Canada website.
4. Delivery options:
   • Wait for passport to arrive at the Embassy
   • Arrange private courier service
